What we collect
When you use the free check, you give us one thing: your church's public website address. CanonOS reads publicly available pages — the same pages anyone can visit — to detect the publishing tools your church already uses. We do not log in to anything, and we do not access anything private.
What we store
- Nothing is stored from a free check unless you ask for your report. If you don't request it, the results are discarded.
- If you request a report or become a customer, we store your contact details and the configuration needed to provide the service.
- If you connect platforms as a customer, we store the credentials and content records needed to keep them synchronized — encrypted, used solely to provide the service.
What we never do
- We never sell your data. To anyone.
- We never publish, alter, or share your content without your explicit action.
- We never email your congregation.
If we write to your church, every email includes a working unsubscribe link, honored absolutely and immediately. Write to hello@canonos.cloud and we will remove or show you everything we hold about your church.
